摘要
高校女教师占教师总数的比例已超过40%,成为高教发展不容忽视的重要力量。然而,与男教师相比,其学术成就、社会声望仍存在较大的差距,以致影响高教整体水平的发挥。运用社会性别分析方法剖析女教师角色定位中的迷思,进而探究影响角色定位的或隐或显的因素,能为消除高教领域中的性别不平等提供参照。
The proportion of college women teachers to all teachers has surpassed a quarter. College women teachers, playing a very important role in the development of higher education, however, lag much behind male teachers in academic success and social prestige, thus hindering the improvement of overall .level of higher education. With the method of gender, this paper gives an analysis of women teachers' bewilderment reflection in the role locating and then seeks what factors, clear or unclear, have influence on it, which can seek a solution to the problem of gender inequality in the field of higher education.
