摘要
我国中小学校长负责制在实施中出现了校长权力过于集中、民主制度形同虚设的问题;造成这一问题的主要原因是缺乏具体落实校长负责制的规章制度。因此,在今后校长负责制的实施中,重点是要加强制度建设,使校长和学校民主机构行使权力有据可依。
In the process of implementing the system of principal responsibility in primary and secondary school in China, the principal＇s power becomes immoderate and the democratic institutions of school does not work well mainly due to the lack of more practice policies. So more practice policies about the system of principal responsibility should be established in order to lay bases for the principals and the democratic institutions of school exercise their right.
