摘要
《劳动合同法》关于无固定期限劳动合同的规定引起了社会的广泛关注和激烈争论。本文从无固定期限劳动合同的规定出发,就企业人力资源管理如何适应新的法律规定,从招聘录用、员工培训、绩效考核、薪酬管理等四个角度进行论述。
Wide attention and hot discussion have been aroused on the point of unfixed - term labor contract in the LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS. This paper aims to analyze how to accommodate the human resources management in an enterprise with the new labor law, which starts from the articles in the unfixed - term labor contract, and discusses from the four aspects, recruiting & employment, training for employees, performance assessing, and salary management.
