摘要
采用自制的壳聚糖衍生物CTA-CTS对棉织物进行预处理,并对制备的阳离子化棉进行活性染料无盐染色。探讨了预处理改性工艺对棉织物无盐染色性能的影响,并确定优化的预处理工艺:采用pH值为6.0的10 g/L CTA-CTS浸渍10 min,80℃烘干3 min,110℃焙烘3 min。试验证明,经CTA-CTS处理的棉织物无盐染色后,其固色率及色牢度与常规染色效果相当或更佳。
Using the self- synthesized chitosan derivative CTA-CTS, cotton fabric was cationized followed by reactive dyeing without salt. Influence of pretreatment conditions on dyeing effect was investigated and the optimum conditions for pretreatment were established as follows: cotton fabric was treated with 10g/L CTA-CTS at pH value of 6.0 for 10 min, and then dried at 80℃; for 3 min, cured at 110℃ for 3min. The results indicated that the fixation and color fastness of reactive cotton dyeings pre-treated with CTA-CTS in the zero-salt dyeing process were close to or even higher than those of normal reactive cotton dyeings.
