季铵型阳离子醚化剂CHPTMA的改进合成及其应用 被引量:3

摘要 对阳离子醚化剂3 氯 2 羟丙基 N,N,N 三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA)的最佳合成工艺条件进行了探讨.实验结果表明,当质量分数为70%的三甲胺盐酸盐水溶液17.15g,环氧氯丙烷11.6g,催化剂0.1g,反应温度(45±1)℃,反应时间4h时,制得的CHPTMA有效活性物质量分数≥70%,环氧氯丙烷(EPI)质量分数≤4 5×10-6,1,3 二氯 2 丙醇(DCP)质量分数≤13×10-6.该产品可直接用于制备阳离子淀粉,对制得的阳离子淀粉进行了混凝脱色性能研究.结果表明,阳离子淀粉对活性染料具有优异的CODCr去除效果和脱色效果,当投加量为98mg·L-1时,对质量浓度为150mg·L-1的活性红KN 5B,活性艳橙K GN和活性艳蓝X BR溶液的CODCr去除率分别为86.6%,80.7%和83.7%,脱色率分别为98.7%,90.5%和96.3%. The most preferable synthesis process for chlorohydroxypropytrimethylammonium chloride (CHPTMA) is discussed.The result shows that the best condition is with 70% trimethylamine hydrotropic solution 17.15 g, epichlorohydrin 11.6 g, catalyst 0.1 g, reaction temperature (45±1) ℃ and reaction time 4 h.The mass fraction of active CHPTMA is ≥70%, the mass fraction of epichlorohydrin and DCP are ≤4.5×10~\{-6\} and ≤13×10~\{-6\} respectively. This product may be used to prepare cationic starch directly.It is found that the cationic starch has excellent COD_(Cr) removal and decolorizing efficiency for active dyes.When the dosage is 98 mg·L^(-1), the COD_(Cr) removal rates on synthetic wastewater containing active red KN-5B,active aurantium K-GN and active blue X-BR with mass concentration of 150 mg·L^(-1) are 86.6%,80.7% and 83.7%,and the decolorizing rates are 98.7%,90.5% and 96.3% respectively.
