摘要
以氯化十二烷基二甲基环氧丙基铵和淀粉为原料,用半干半湿法制备了新型季铵烷基淀粉醚阳离子淀粉(M-YJJ)。较佳工艺条件为:氯化十二烷基二甲基环氧丙基铵用量为7.2 g,淀粉5.5 g,水的质量分数为20%~30%,乙醇用量为5~6 mL,NaOH用量为0.13 g,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2.5 h。在此条件下产物的阳离子度为36.6%。
A new quaternary alkyl ammonium starch ether (M-YJJ) was synthesized from dodecyl dimethyl epoxypropyt ammonium chloride and starch by semidry-semiwet method.The optimal synthetic conditions were found as follows:dosages of dodecyl dimethyl epoxypropyl ammonium chloride, starch ethyl alcohol and NaOH are 7.2 g, 5.5 g, 5 -6 mL and 0.13 g, respectively, w(H_2O)=20%-30%, reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 2.5 h. The cationic degree of M-YJJ is 36.6%.
