摘要
阳离子褐煤是一种重要的钻井液处理剂。腐殖酸含量及阳离子含量是评价阳离子褐煤处理剂过程中的两个重要的指标。对阳离子褐煤中腐植酸及阳离子含量测定方法进行了探讨。在分析现有腐殖酸含量的测定方法后,提出一个新的腐殖酸含量测定方法,并通过实验验证了方法的可行性和准确性。在分析阳离子褐煤的生产工艺及分子结构后,通过17%的硝酸脱色,采用银量法测定Cl-含量来实现阳离子褐煤中阳离子含量的测定。
Cationic lignite is a kind of important drilling fluid treating agent. The contents of humic acid and cation are the two important indicators in the process of evaluating cation lignite treating agent. Determination method for the humic acid and cation content in the cationic lignite was discussed. After analyzing the existing determination methods of humic acid content, a new method for determination of humic acid content was put forward, and feasibility and accuracy of the method was verified. After analyzing the production technology and molecular structure of cation lignite, bleaching by 17% nitric acid, the determination of cation content was achieved by argentometric titration which was used to determine the content of chloride ion.
