摘要
研究了无盐染色剂BEBA对棉织物改性后的染色性能,比较了织物改性前后的吸附等温线、染色速率曲线和K/S值.研究发现,改性后棉织物的吸附等温线为朗缪尔型,而未改性织物的为弗莱因德利胥型;改性后织物的上染速率比未改性的快,上染百分率、固色率和K/S值也比未改性织物大,摩擦和耐皂洗牢度提高0.5级,分别达到4级和4~5级.
The dyeing properties of cotton fabrics after salt-free dyeing agent BEBA were studied. The adsorption isotherms, the dyeing speed curves and K/S values of the modified and non-modified fabrics were compared. It was found from the researches that the adsorption isotherms of the modified cotton fabrics belonged to Langmuir type, and that of the non-modified ones belonged to Freundlich type. The modified ones showed increases of dyeing rate, dye uptake percentage, dye fixing ratio and K/S values, as well as 0.5 grade improvement of rubbing and soaping fastnesses (attaining grade 4 and 4-5, respectively) as compared to the non- modifeid ones.
