摘要
采用新型碱剂SH代替传统碱剂纯碱和磷酸三钠,就丝光棉筒子纱活性染料的染色工艺、染色效果进行对比生产。使用结果表明:新型碱剂SH替代传统工艺中的纯碱,固色率高,匀染性好,色泽稳定性及重现性佳,并且用量少、易洗除。
with new type alkaline agent SH substituted for Na3PO5 , their dyeing process and effect of reactive dye have been compared. The results show SH can be substituted for traditional Na2CO3, which behave with high color fixation, uniform dyeing effect, stable hue and good repetition to less dose and easy washing.
