摘要
研究了Cd对镁及AZ31镁合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响。在AZ31镁合金中加入微量Cd能够明显地细化基体组织,加入0.7%Cd后,其组织由富Al的α-Mg基体和均匀、弥散分布的析出相β-Mg17Al12组成,Cd固溶于基体不形成化合物相;使合金的冲击韧性提高了68.6%,布氏硬度提高了10.3%,抗拉强度提高了9%,伸长率提高了35%。
The investigation was carried out on effects of Cd on the as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy. The results indicate that the as-cast microstructure of the AZ31 magnesium alloy is refined obviously by adding trace Cd. When 0.7% Cd is added, it is made up of Al-rich α-Mg matrix and uniformly distributed of β-Mg17Al12. Cd dissolved into the matrix of AZ31 alloy and no new phase is formed, which contributes to the increase of the impact toughness, Brinell hardness, tension strength and elongation of the experimental alloy by 68.6%, 10.3%, 9% and 35%, respectively.
