摘要 研究了Sr对AM60B合金晶粒细化的影响。结果表明,微量Sr能提高AM60B合金的初生相析出温度,降低再辉温差;凝固过程中Sr位于晶粒生长前沿,抑制了晶粒的长大,从而有效地细化了晶粒,在本试验条件下,从约425μm降至约147μm。 Effects of strontium addition on grain refinement of AM60B alloy are investigated. It is showed that a small quantity of strontium can increase the formation temperature of primary phase α-Mg and decrease the recalescence temperature difference; strontium enriches in front of the grain growth interface during solidification, which restrains the growth of the grains; the grain size has decreased dramatically from 425 μm to 147 μm under this experiment conditions.
