摘要
研究了Ca对Mg-8Zn-4Al镁合金显微组织和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:Ca加入Mg-8Zn-4Al合金后,合金显微组织得到细化,τ-Mg_(32)(Al,Zn)_(49)相弥散分布,无新相形成。Ca元素的添加降低了Mg-8Zn-4Al合金的腐蚀速率和腐蚀电流密度,提高了合金的腐蚀电位,改善了合金的耐腐蚀性;当Ca含量为0.3%时,该合金的耐蚀性能最佳。
The effects of Ca on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of Mg-8Zn-4A1 alloy were investigated. The results indicate that after adding Ca, the microstructure of Mg-8Zn-4Al alloy is refined, the τ-Mg32 (Al,Zn)49 phase distributes uniformly, no new phase is formed in Mg-8Zn-4Al alloy. When adding Ca into Mg-8Zn-4Al alloy, the corrosion rate and corrosion current density of the alloys reduce, the corrosion potential of the alloy is enhanced. The corrosion resistance of Mg-8Zn-4AI alloy improves with the addition of Ca. When the Ca content is 0.3%, the alloy has the best corrosion resistance.
