摘要
研究了RE对AZ31镁合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响。在AZ3l镁合金中加入微量RE能够明显地细化基体组织,加入0.3%RE,其组织由富A1的α-Mg基体和均匀、弥散分布的析出相β-Mg17Al12及新生相Al11Ce3组成。合金的布氏硬度、抗拉强度及伸长率分别提高了10.3%、9.5%和11.8%;冲击韧性下降了12%。
The effects of RE on the as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were investigated.The results indicate that the as-cast microstructure of the AZ31 magnesium alloy is refined obviously by adding RE.When 0.3% RE is added,it is made up of Al-rich α-Mg matrix,uniformly distributed β-Mg17Al12 and new intermetallic phase Al11Ce3.Brinell hardness,tensile strength and elongation of the experimental alloy are increased by 10.3%,9.5% and 11.8% respectively,but the impact toughness is reduced 12%.
