摘要
解放思想是党校发展的强大动力,党校要获得更大的发展,必须以改革开放的心态化解深层次矛盾。要改革党校办学体制,优化党校资源配置,将县委党校改设为所在市委党校的分校;要开放党校教学课堂,更新教学理念,形成"大党校、大课堂、大培训"的格局。要创新党校教育文化,实现对现有行业教育文化的整合,提升党校自身的文化力和核心竞争力。
Emancipating the mind is the strong power to develop the party school.In order to gain great development,the party school should hush up deeper contradictions with reformation and opening psychology.We should reform party school running system,optimiz party school resources allocation,change county party school to ？branch campus of communist party school;Open teaching classroom,renewal teaching concepts,form pattern of large party school and classroom and training room.We should realize the innovation education culture of the party school and integration of existing industry education culture to promote core competence of the party school.
