摘要
在当前辐照食品产业急剧增长的形势下,无论是国内贸易还是国际贸易,我国都急需强化辐照食品的质量安全管理体系。本文论述了我国辐照食品质量安全管理的法规、管理、监管、检测以及信息、教育、交流和培训现状,分析了辐照食品质量安全管理存在的一些问题,提出了促进辐照食品产业发展的几点建议,为强化辐照食品质量安全管理提供参考。
With the sharp increase about irradiation industry, it is urgent for both international trade and home trade to strengthen the quality and safety management system of irradiation food. This paper elaborated on the status and analyzed some problems about regulations, management, supervision, detection and information, education, exchange,training of quality and safety management of irradiation food. At the same time,a few suggestions were put forward to promote future development of irradiation food industry. The analysis of the status will provide help for strengthening quality and safety management of irradiation food.
