摘要
近年来,辐照食品在国内外引起消费者高度关注。尽管科学研究表明辐照食品是安全卫生的,但管理模式需要与国际接轨。技术路线图作为一种创新管理工具,起源于美国20世纪末期。文章探讨了按产业技术路线图管理我国辐照食品的新模式。
In recent years,irradiation food in domestic and foreign caused the consumer to pay attention highly.Although the scientific research indicated that irradiation food is the safety and health,but the management pattern needs with the international trail connection.The technology roadmap took one kind of innovation management tool to stem from the American the 20th century last stage.This article discussed a new model to manage irradiation food in china according to the industrial technology roadmap.
