Current Situation of the Supervision over Food Safety in China and Its Advices

摘要 食品安全已成为民众普遍关心的社会问题。食品安全法的实施是食品安全工作的新起点,但仅有食品安全的立法还无法从根本上解决食品安全隐患及危害的问题。本文通过对我国食品安全监管工作现状分析,借鉴国外食品安全监管工作先进经验,提出完善我国食品安全监管工作的建议。 Food safety had become a social problem widely concerned by people. The implementation of food safety law was a new start for the food safety work,while it was the fact that no hidden danger or hazard would be solved just by the legislation. According to analysis of the hidden problems in the food safety supervision work in China and refer to the advanced experience abroad, suggestions to perfect the supervision work of food safety were put forword.
