摘要
食品安全日益成为当今世界人们所关注的焦点问题,而食品安全监管又是保障我国食品安全的关键所在。因为,健全的食品安全监管体制能够保证我国食品行业高速发展,保证我国食品进入国际市场,保证人民生活质量。所以,对我国食品安全监管体制的研究具有重大的现实意义。分析了我国食品监管体制的不足及其主要成因,并给出改革我国食品安全监管体制的建议措施。
At present,food safety is increasingly becoming the major focos which is concerned by people in the world,and food safety supervision is the key to protect food safety of our country. Because a sound supervision system of food safety can ensure the rapid development of Cbina＇s food industry , ensure the quality of our life,ensure that our food can enter the international market. So the rseareh on our country＇ s food safety supervision system is of great reality significance. The paper points out the shortcoming of our country＇ s food safety supervision system and analyzes the main causes. Finally, we present six suggestions to reform our country＇ s food safety supervision system.
