摘要
本文论述了在啤酒厂的清酒罐和发酵罐清洗后,通过检测罐内的ATP(三磷酸腺苷),可快速地对清洗效果作出评价,并运用统计分析方法制定了ATP检测在评估清酒罐、发酵罐清洗效果的初步标准.
This paper discusses a new method to detect the ATP after cleaning the fermenting tanks and bright beer tanks in brewery. The new method provides a quick way to evaluate the cleaning result. And a relative standard procedure also has been set up by using the statistic analysis.
