摘要
汽车车身是由许多薄板冲压件组成的,这些冲压件往往呈三维空间结构。在焊接这些部件时,通常采用三维自动焊钳,以保证焊接质量。介绍了三维焊钳的概念,提出了三维焊钳的设计方法,并介绍了在汽车车身焊装线上的应用实例。
Three dimensional automatic welding clampis often adopted to guarantee the welding quality in production of car body,which is made up of sheet metal pressing parts mostly of three dimensional structure. Conception of three dimensional clamp is introduced in the article and design method is set forth for it. Also substantial example of application of the clamp on car body welding and assembling line is presented.
