摘要
通过分析汽车焊装夹具BOM所面临的问题,利用UG二次开发技术设计BOM属性界面,并建立UG与BOM报表数据的接口规范。针对企业BOM报表的特点,构建其模板管理数据库,从而根据企业的需要定制符合实际需要的BOM报表。企业应用表明该系统高效、可靠。
By analyzing the problems of BOM of automobile body-welding jigs, the method based the secondary development technology of UG is used to develop the applications for BOM properties, and the interraces between UG and the report forms of BOM system is set up. To the characters of BOM, the database of report template for BOM is constructed to fulfill the requirement of enterprises. Practical applications shows that the BOM system is efficient and reliable.
