摘要
基于UG/OPEN API,通过二次开发实现了汽车焊装线中BASE板孔的自动数控编程系统。其中,采用WAVE LINKER技术实现孔特征的识别和尺寸参数提取,并采用遗传算法实现了刀具路径的优化。
Automatic numerical-control programming system for machining holes on a base in automobile body welding producing line was realized based on UG/OPEN API using redevelopment technology. The recognition of hole features and plck-up of their dimension parameters were fulfilled using WAVE LINKER technology, and GA was used to find optimum cutter trace.
