摘要
基于UG/OPENAPI和UG/KF技术,通过二次开发实现了汽车焊装线中定位块和压块的定位型面加工的自动线切割数控编程系统。其中,采用UF/KF实现了加工轨迹的自由设置,提高了系统的灵活性。
Automatic numerical-control wire cutting programming system for localization surfaces of pressers and Iocators in automobile body welding producing lines is implemented based on UG/OPEN API and UG/KF using redevelopment technology. Manufacturing traces can be configured freely using UF/KF so as to improve the flexibility of the system.
