摘要
钱学森对现代科学技术体系提出了一个系统的理论框架,它是一个开放的、复杂的"现代科学技术体系",是重大的理论创新,它丰富和发展了哲学、管理学、创造学等的观点、理论和方法。特别是钱学森提出的开放复杂巨系统概念、"从定性到定量综合集成方法",指明了现代科学技术发展的方向与道路,具有重要的意义。
Qian Xueshen put forward a systematic theory framework of modern science and technology system, which is an open, complex ＂science and technology system＂, of great theoretical innovation, enriching and developing viewpoint, theory and method in philosophy, administration and creation. Especially, his Concept ＂Open Complex Giant System＂, From qualitative to quantitative method of integration point out clearly the direction and approach of modern science and technology development, is of great significance.
