摘要
为了提高用于溶剂回收的固定吸附床的溶剂吸附率和回收率,设计了一种基于智能控制方法的回收控制系统。该控制系统由PLC和触摸屏等组成,实现对吸附、脱附、再生、再吸附的循环过程控制,并对吸附、脱附时间和脱附温度进行智能控制,有效地治理了废气中的污染物质并回收其中有用的有机溶剂。采用这种方法,可达到较高的废气净化率和溶剂回收率。
In order to enhance ratio of solvent adsorption and recovery in the fixed-adsorption bed used for Solvent recovery, a recovery control system based on intelligent control method was designed. The control system consisted of PLC and touch-screen, realized the circular process control of adsorption,desorption,regeneration and re-adsorption, and implemented intelligent control on adsorption,desorption time and desorption temperature. The new method abated the pollutant and recoveried the available organic solvents in the exhaust gas. A higher ratio of gas purification and solvent recovery is reached by using the method above in the recovery system.
