地方高校强化社会服务功能,既是区域经济社会发展的客观要求,也是新形势下高等教育自身发展的内在需要。因此,坚持和落实科学发展观,立足区域经济社会发展,发挥学科专业优势,是推动地方高校改革与创新,提升办学实力的重要途径。
A local university should intensify its social service function. It is not only the objective requirement for the regional economy and social development,but also the internal need of the development of the local university itself in the new era. q3aerefore, it is an important means to promote the educational reforms and innovations and raise the practical administrative abilities of a university on the basis of sticking to the scientific concepts of development and put it into effect,to base it- self upon the regional economy and social development, to the local reality in the hope of making use of the major advantages.
