摘要 走向21世纪高等教育思想的转变,是把唯社会价值观或唯主体价值现转变为使社会价值与主体价值协调平衡的价值观;把传统的知识质量现转变为包含知识、能力等智力因素与非智力因素全面发展的素质教育观;把急功近利的教育发展现转变为可持续发展的教育发展观。 Alterations of the 21st century higher education ideology is to be a shi7ft from the values solely for the society and those solely for the subjects to the values characterized by a harmonious balance of social values and subject values, a shift from the traditional knowledge quality concept to a concept of quality education featured by an all-round development containing such intelleCtual elements as knowledge and ability and non-intellectual elements and a shift from a utilitarian concept of educational development of such a nature that seeks an instant success to an educational development concept of a sustainable-development nature.
