摘要
服务社会既是区域经济社会发展的客观要求,也是新形势下地方高等学校自身发展的内在需要。因此,坚持和落实科学发展观,立足区域经济社会发展,发挥学科专业优势,寻求地方支持,是推动地方高校改革与创新、促进高等学校自身科学发展上水平的重要途径。
Serving the community is not only an objective requirement of regional economic and social development but also the inherent need of local colleges and universities in the new situation. As a result, adhering to and implementing the scientific outlook on development, promoting the regional economic and social development, bringing specialized subjects into full play, seeking for local supports are all the important approaches＂ to promote the reform and innovation of local colleges and universities, to advance the developments of local colleges and universities.
