摘要
在现有文献资料的基础上,文章对盐酸西替利嗪的合成路线进行改进,该路线的优点是反应步骤少,操作简便,具有较大的产业生产优势。整个反应,以苯与对氯氯化苄为原料,进行付克反应,溴化,加成,缩合,精制,得到目标化合物。
Based on current literature, the paper was aimed to make improvement of the current synthesis process of cetirizine hydrochloride. The improved process had less steps with easy operations, thus it had better industrial advantages. By using benzene and p-Chlorobenzyl chloride as raw materials, it only had 5 steps, through Friedel-Crafts reaction, bromization, addition, condensation and purification, and finally got the targeted compound.
