摘要 目的探讨微波辐照对人鼻咽癌细胞增殖与细胞周期的影响。方法运用微波理疗仪以连续波、垂直极化照射方式对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2行微波辐射(频率2450 MHz)。实验分为4组:空白对照组,10、20、30 mW/cm2微波组。利用MTT法和流式细胞技术检测微波辐照对人鼻咽癌细胞增殖与细胞周期的影响。结果随着微波剂量的增加,辐照组细胞存活率呈逐渐下降的趋势。20 mW/cm2和30 mW/cm2组存活率为76.75%、65.07%,两组与对照组和10 mW/cm2组相比差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着微波剂量的增加,20 mW/cm2组和30 mW/cm2组均出现了亚G1峰,两组凋亡细胞的数量有随微波强度增强而增加的趋势。结论微波辐照能抑制人鼻咽癌细胞的增殖,促进细胞凋亡。 Objective To explore the effect of microwave radiation on cell proliferation activity and the cell cycle of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods There were four groups: the control, 10, 20 and 30mW/cm^2 microwave radiation groups. MTT and flow cytometry (FCM) methods were used to detect the cell proliferation activity and the cell cycle of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Result With an increase of microwave radiation dosage, the MTT assay showed that the rate of cell activity was reduced from 100% to 76.75% and 65.07% at 20 and 30 mW/cm^2 microwave radiation and sub-diploidy peaks were found. Conclusion Microwave radiation inhibits cell proliferation and promotes cell apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
