摘要 目的 观察微波诱导视网膜神经细胞凋亡及硒的保护作用 .方法 体外培养视网膜神经细胞 ,按微波辐照强度分为 4组辐照 1h.选 30 m W·cm- 2组为防护组 ,在培养液中加入 Na2 Se O3后辐照 .照后测培养液温度、细胞存活率 ,激光共聚焦显微镜观察细胞凋亡并进行荧光强度的定量分析 .结果 培养液温度、细胞凋亡数量及荧光强度随微波辐照强度增大而增加 .加 Na2 Se O3后辐照可使凋亡细胞数量减少 ,荧光强度减弱 .结论 微波可诱导视网膜神经细胞凋亡 ,Na2 Se AIM To observe apoptosis of retina nervous cells induced by microwave and the protective effects of selenium. METHODS Retina nervous cells were cultured in vitro , divided into 4 groups according to microwave intensity and then exposed to microwave for 1 hour. The cells of 30 mW·cm -2 chosen as protective group were exposed to microwave after Na 2SeO 3 being added to cultured fluid. The temperature of cultured fluid and the survival rate of cells were measured. Apoptosis was observed under laser scanning confocal micro scope, and the quantitative analysis of fluorescence intensity was measured.RESULTS The temperature of cultured fluid, the amount of apoptosis cells and fluorescence intensity improved with the increase of microwave intensity. The amount of apoptosis cells and the fluorescence intensity decreased after exposure to microwave with the addition of Na 2SeO 3 to cultured fluid. CONCLUSION Apoptosis of retina nervous cells could be induced by microwave, Na 2SeO 3 could prevent this effect.
