摘要
情商理论与组织行为理论的交叉产生了"组织情商"学说,组织情商是个体情商概念的拓展,在一个组织中,领导班子集体能否建立高效合作的团队,能否有效地利用群体的智能的机制,是组织形成核心竞争力的人事基础,是组织取得成功的关键。因此,领导集体情商是组织情商的关键之所在,在新的历史条件下,提高组织情商,必须首先提高领导集体情商。
The Overlapping of EQ theory and the theory of organizational behavior produces the theory of "organizational EQ", which is an expasion of the concept of individual EQ. In an organization, whether the collective leadership can form an effective and cooperative team, whether this leadership can utilize the intellectual mechanism of the communities effectively is the personnel foundation for the organization to form core competitiveness and is the key to the success of the organization. Therefore, the EQ of collective leadership is the key to organizational EQ. To improve the organizational EQ under the new historical condition ,we must first improve the EQ of collective leadership.
