拔尖创新人才领导力培养——基于情商的视角

On the Training of Top-notch Innovative Talents' Leadership:Based on the Perspective of Emotional Quotient

摘要 拔尖创新人才的领导力研究不应该仅仅关注技术因素、商业因素、经济因素,从以人为本的管理学角度来看,领导力即为影响力,是影响个体心甘情愿追随团队目标,热情洋溢参与团队工作的基础,在这其中情商发挥着至关重要的作用。本文在分析情商作为拔尖创新人才领导力培养的关键要素的基础之上,深入探讨了从共启愿景、情绪感染、优化沟通、全局谋划四个方面如何提升拔尖创新人才的领导素养,以期从更人性化的角度看待创新团队中人际互动带来的巨大影响。 The research of top-notch innovative talents' leader-ship should not focus solely on technical factors, commercial fac-tors, and economic factors. From the perspective of people-ori-ented management, leadership is influence, influencing individu-als to be willing to follow the team's goals and enthusiasticallyparticipate in team work, in which emotional quotient playsacrucial role. Based on the analysis of emotional quotient asa keyelement in training top-notch innovative talents, this article ex-plores how to improve top-notch innovative talents' leadershipfrom the aspects of vision, emotion infection, communication andoverall planning, hoping to treat the tremendous influencebrought by international interaction in an innovative team fromamore humanistic perspective.
