摘要
在大学生合理"增负"及专业基础课时"压缩"的背景下,针对农科大学理工科学科单薄的问题,以工程力学教学为例,重点讨论了农科大学土木水利类卓越工程师培养中力学结构系列课程教学改革应遵循的原则及措施。原则上应以"问题"(发现问题、分析问题、解决问题)能力培养为宗旨,以专业培养目标为导向,科学制定专业培养方案及系列课程教学大纲,搭建安全耐久的知识结构,培养批判性思维方法。措施上以系列课程体系为单元制定模块化教学大纲,打通各门课程壁垒、加强课程间的有机衔接,强化系列课程系统中的重点和难点、淡化各门课程自身体系完整及所有知识点全面,实现从单一学科教学向问题引导聚焦研讨教学的转变,从离散知识点传授向综合创新能力培养的转变,从单门课程重点讲授向系列课程关键难点剖析的转变;同时,也要配合相应的系列课程教学内容、教材建设及教学过程的组织及教学方法优化。这样才能真正实现增加大学本科课程难度、拓展课程深度、扩大课程的可选择性及创新能力培养,激发学生的学习动力和专业志趣,让课程变的具有挑战度,全面提升农科大学卓越工程师的培养质量。
Under the circumstance of reasonable increasing burden and decreasing the basic class hour,the teaching reforms were discussed for mechanical structure series course according to the fact of poor science and engineering accumulation in agricultural university.In principle,the"problem"(finding,analyzing and solving problem)ability cultivation should be the purpose.Guided by the goal of professional training,we should scientifically formulate professional training programs and syllabus of a series of courses,build a safe and durable knowledge structure,and cultivate critical thinking methods.In terms of measures,modular syllabus should be formulated with a series of curriculum system as a unit to break through the barriers of each course,strengthen the organic connection between courses,strengthen the key and difficult points in the series of curriculum system,weaken the integrity of each course′s own system and all knowledge points,realize the transformation from single subject teaching to problem-oriented discussion teaching,and transfer from discrete knowledge point to comprehensive creation.The transformation of the cultivation of new abilities is from the focus of single course to the analysis of key difficulties in series courses.At the same time,we should also cooperate with the corresponding series of teaching content,textbook construction,the organization of teaching process and the optimization of teaching methods.Only in this way can we really increase the difficulty of undergraduate courses,expand the depth of courses,expand the selectivity of courses and cultivate innovative ability,stimulate students′learning motivation and professional interest,make the courses more challenging,and comprehensively improve the quality of training outstanding engineers in agricultural universities.
