摘要
以槽型铝材为例,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件的显式动力学有限元方法对非对称型材放边压弯过程进行了有限元模拟。主要分析了型材弯曲过程中等效塑性应变和弯曲切向应变的分布规律,提出了最小弯曲半径的近似计算方法。这对有效确定成形中的危险部位,避免拉伸失稳的发生具有一定的参考价值。模拟结果表明:型材翼缘末端处的应变值高于腹板处,是易产生拉裂的危险部位。
Based on the example of U-section aluminum profile,the release-bending process was simulated by the aid of explicit dynamic FEM software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The distribution of equivalent plastic strain and tangential strain were mainly analyzed and the approximate formula to calculate the minimum bending radius was presented,which are helpful to determine the phenomenon of instability. The results indicate that the strain of the end of flange are bigger than those of web. The end of flange is the dangerous position of cracking in bending process.
