摘要
管道泄漏事故的时有发生造成环境污染、财产损失等严重后果。许多管道沿线地形复杂多变,交通条件恶劣,给管道事故应急抢修带来不便,压扁钢质管道挤压截流装置可快速到达事故地点,利用液压动力或者机械力在短时间内将管道压扁,起到截流的作用。但由于回弹问题,油品仍有少量泄漏,压扁钢质管道弯曲回弹问题的研究对解决油品泄漏问题起到至关重要的作用。从理论研究、实验研究和数值模拟3个方面分析了压扁钢制管道弯曲回弹问题的研究方法,总结了前人的研究成果,为管道应急抢修提供依据。
The pipeline leakage accidents may pollute the environment,and has damage to property and other serious consequences. The terrain along the pipeline is complex,and the traffic is in poor condition,causing some difficult in emergency repairing. Compressed steel pipe extrusion cut-off device can reach the site of the accident quickly,and it can use hydraulic or mechanical force to squash up pipeline in a short period of time to make the oil no leakage. However,the rebound problem may cause a small amount of oil leakage,and the study of bending springback of steel pipeline is very important to solve the problem of oil leakage. This paper analyzes the research methods of bending springback of flat steel pipeline from the three aspects of theoretical research,experimental research and numerical simulation and summarizes the previous research results to provide the basis for pipeline emergency repair.
