摘要
多糖对骨关节炎有一定的治疗作用,但为了使药物能快速到达病变部位,并能保证药物浓度,更好地发挥治疗效果,局部给药已被广泛应用。笔者等对植物多糖局部给药对骨关节炎的治疗作用及机制进行阐述。
Polysaccharide has certain treatment function to osteoarthritis,but in order to make drug quickly reach the lesion site,and can guarantee the drug concentration and better treatment effect,so local drug delivery has been widely used.The therapeutic function and mechanism of osteoarthritis were briefly described in this paper.
