摘要 研究时效工艺对6N01铝合金型材性能均匀性的影响。结果表明,时效处理使铝合金材料的强度大幅度提高、塑性显著下降,型材截面性能的不均匀性仍然存在,且这种不均匀性主要体现在塑性变形抗力和塑性变形能力上,对极限承载能力的影响相对较小。性能不均匀的内在根源是微观组织的不均匀分布,时效热处理不能消除挤压等过程产生的不均匀性,且时效过程第二相的不均匀析出进一步加剧这种不均匀。T5状态铝合金型材力学性能的不均匀与加工历史如铸造、热挤压变形、冷却、时效等存在联系。 The effect of the aging process on profiles is investigated. The results show that the plasticity is remarkably decreased by the aging heat the performance uniformity of 6N01 aluminum alloy strength of the material is greatly increased and the treatment, and the inhomogeneity of cross-section still exists. The inhomogeneity is mainly manifested in plastic deformation resistance and plastic deformation capacity, and the ultimate bearing capacity is slightly influenced. The performance uniformity is resulted from the inhomogeneous distribution of microstructure, the inhomogeneous distribution of microstructure from the extrusion process can not be eliminated by the aging heat treatment, and the inhomogeneous distribution is aggravated by the inhomogeneous precipitating of the second phase in the aging process. The inhomogeneity of the mechanical properties of the alloy after T5 heat treatment process is related to the processing history such as casting, hot extrusion deformation, cooling process, aging process, etc.
