摘要
借助金相显微镜、透射电镜观察结合拉伸性能测试等方法,研究了3个批次工业化生产的高铁结构件用6N01-T6铝合金挤压材的显微组织和力学性能,以探究晶粒尺寸和形状、合金相粒子组态与挤压材强度和伸长率的相关性.研究结果表明:细小扁纤维状晶粒有利于6N01铝合金挤压材获得高的强度及伸长率,细小弥散分布的过剩结晶相粒子及较宽的无析出带宽度有利于提高6N01铝合金挤压材的伸长率,尺寸粗大、数量较多的过剩结晶相粒子对6N01铝合金挤压材的强度影响不明显,但是会明显影响挤压材的伸长率.
The microstructure and mechanical properties of three batches of commercial 6N01-T6 aluminum alloy extrusions for bullet-trains structural elements were investigated by means of optical microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and tensile test,in order to reveal the relationship among grain size and shape,second-phase particle,strength and gation of alloy extrusions?The results show that fine spindly flat fiber grains are beneficial for improving the strength and elongation of 6N01?T6 aluminum alloy extrusions?Fine dispersed constituents and wide precipitate-free zones help improve the elongation of 6N01?T6 aluminum alloy.Excessive amount of coarse constituents have little effect on the strength but significantly deteriorate the elongation of 6N01-T6 aluminum alloy extrusion.
