摘要
以槽型材为例,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件的显式动力学有限元方法,对非对称型材收边压弯过程中截面畸变问题进行了数值模拟。主要分析了翼缘部分横向偏移随不同纵向和径向位置的分布规律。结果表明:不同节点的横向偏移与该节点至中性层的距离近似呈正比,翼缘末端的偏移量最大;径向位置不同,半波长度基本一致。
Based on the example of the U-section profile,the section distortion in the retract-bending process was simulated by the aid of the explicit dynamic FEM software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The change law of the lateral offset of the.flange in different longitudinal and radial positions was mainly analyzed. The results indicate that the lateral offset of different nodes is approximately linear to the distance from the node to neutral platte. The lateral offset of the end of flange is biggest. The half-wave length is almost basi- cally identical in different radial positions.
