摘要
文章对工作满意度、组织承诺与离职倾向的国内外研究的历史沿革、研究成果进行了概括和总结,并进行了深入评述。研究结果对于企业的人力资源管理具有一定的启发意义,并且对后续研究有一定的指导意义。
Based on literature search, the paper makes a generation and summarize of history and research result on work satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention, which is meaningful for human resource management practice and could be guidance of further research in this area.
