摘要
目的调查分析影响社区医生工作满意度的因素,提出相应的对策,为稳定基层医疗队伍提供理论参考。方法研究者对15名在社区医疗机构工作的医生进行访谈,了解导致他们工作满意度较低的原因,同时查找文献了解相关领域的最新研究结果,提出应对策略。结果影响社区医疗机构医生工作满意度的因素为福利待遇、职业发展、职业风险、工作环境、社会地位,其中福利待遇是最重要的因素。结论社区医生工作满意度低导致了社区专业人才流失严重,卫生行政管理部门应在福利待遇、职业发展、工作环境等方面给予政策支持,激发他们对社区医疗工作的热爱与激情。
Objective To conduct a survey and analysis of factors affecting job satisfaction of community doc- tors, and to put forward proposals of relevant measures to provide a theoretic reference for securing and stabi- lizing the community of local medical personnel. Method The surveyors conducted interviews with 15 doctors working in community medical organizations, and tried to understand the reasons for their relatively low de- gree of job satisfaction. Meanwhile, reference materials were enlisted to gain knowledge about the latest re- search results of the area. And based on the above practices, countermeasures were proposed in response to the situation. Results factors affecting job satisfaction of community doctors were such as pay and welfare, career development, career risk, work environment, social status, among which pay and welfare is the most impor- tant factor. Conclusion Low job satisfaction of community doctors has resulted in a severe drain of specialized personnel in communities. Public medical administrative organs should provide policy support for community doctors in terms of pay and welfare, career development, work environment etc. so as to arouse their Iove and passion for the community medical work.
