摘要
认知语法认为,认知是语言形成其句法构造的内在动因之一。从地域,文化,思维三个方面分析引起中英两国人民认知行为差异的原因,可以看出,对同一客观世界两国人民却经历了各不相同的认知过程,采用了不同的认知方式。人们正是依靠基于体验之上形成的主要认知能力和认知方式,逐步形成了概念结构,并在此基础上创造出各种语法构造。认识这些差别的根源所在,将有助于我们更好地进行交流。
In cognitive grammar, cognition is one the internal causes making language form syntax. The paper analyzed the reason for cognitive behavior difference between Chinese and Englishmen from three aspects of region, culture and thinking. As the result, difference in syntax comes into being. Formation and application of syntax rules are related to people＇s experiences in objective world in the person of human＇s cognitive strategy.
