摘要
高职教师专业发展研究应以专业为逻辑起点,定位于高职教育类型的专科层次的教师专业化发展,进行宏观、中观和微观层面的研究;研究应厘清基本概念,建构基础理论,探索教师专业发展的过程与标准、培训与评价等重要问题;研究应以马克思主义哲学尤其是科学哲学为方法论基础,指导各类范式的选择和具体方法的使用。本土化的高职教师专业发展研究可以为高职教师的专业发展提供方向和路径的指导。
The study on teachers' major development is still in the starting phase,and a deep going way needs to chose the logic starting,allocation,theory level,methodology and methods,forming a fundamental frame of the direction and approaches to probe into the development process and norms,the training and evaluation;the study should be based on Marxism,especially science philosophy to instruct the choice to different types of modes and concrete methods.The construction of the fundamental frame is helpful to the study on the teachers' major develop of higher vocational colleges.
