摘要
本文从现有译学词典和相关译学文献中梳理出一系列术语,认为传统术语按照其表达的主要概念分为四类:翻译策略论、翻译价值论、翻译过程论和普通理论;具体术语按照概念可以分为上下位关系、对立关系、并列关系、近义关系、包含关系和源流关系;在思维方式上,传统术语印证了传统哲学;从传统术语系统中可以见出现代翻译学的大致轮廓,但是还不完善。
This paper classifies traditional Chinese translation terminologies into four categories, i.e. , translation strategy, translation evaluation, translation process and general theories. These terminologies stand in a variety of relationship to one another, namely, general-specific, binary opposition, parallelism, synonym, inclusion and derivation. In terms of thought pattern, traditional translation theories illustrate classical Chinese philosophy. The framework of modern translation studies, although crude, is discernable in traditional Chinese translation theories.
