摘要
应用群体累积培养法,以浓度为5.0×105cells/mL的斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)为食物,研究了温度(15、25和35℃)对南湖水体萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)种群增长的影响.结果表明:温度对该种轮虫种群密度及种群增长率均有显著影响(P<0.05),随温度升高,轮虫种群密度最大值呈现先增大而后又减小的趋势;在所研究的温度范围内,轮虫种群增长率随温度的升高而增大.研究表明:在水产养殖中,可根据实际需要而选择适宜的温度条件,若短时间快速培养,可选择高温(35℃);若大量培养,则可选择较低的温度(25℃).
The effect of temperature on the population growth of Brachionus calyciflorus from the Nanhu Lake was studied at 15, 25 and 35 ℃ by population accumulative culture. The rotifer was fed with Scenedesmus obliquus at a concentration of 5. 0 × 10^5 cells/mL. The results showed that temperature affected the population density and population growth rate significantly (P〈0. 05). In the range of temperature studied, the rotifer population growth rate increased with increase in temperature. At the same time, the maximum population density tended to increase initially and then declined. Thus, in aquiculture, appropriate temperature should he chosen according to the actual condition. If the rotifer is to be cultivated fast in a very short time, a higher temperature of 35 ℃ might be chosen, whereas if a very high population density was targeted, a lower temperature of 25 ℃ might he more suitable.
