摘要
采用分离纯化的方法从堆肥中分离放线菌,并探讨该菌株在堆肥中的作用.用高氏一号培养基分离、纯化堆肥中的放线菌,对分离菌株的形态特征、菌落特征和生理生化特性进行分析,初步鉴定分离出来的菌株为链霉菌科、链霉菌属、白孢类群的白色链霉菌.
Separation and purification method was used to separate actinomycetes from the compost,and its function in the compost was discussed.With in GAUZE’s Medium NO.1 was used to separate and purify the actinomycetes,and its morphological characteristics,colony characteristics and physiological and biochemical characteristics was analyzed,and the strains was streptomyces albus belonging to streptomyces division,streptomyces and white spore taxa.
