摘要
利用稀释平板倾注法从西藏色季拉山22份土壤样品中共分离到各种放线菌菌株120株。以水稻稻瘟病菌、立枯丝核菌、棉花枯萎菌、烟草赤星病菌为指示菌,采用对峙培养法共获得对植物病原真菌抑菌圈直径>15 mm的菌株7株。将这7株放线菌菌株进行液体发酵试验,并采用生长速率法测定各个菌株发酵液的抑菌活性。结果表明,菌株2152无论是活体还是其发酵液对4种供试病原菌均表现强烈的抑菌效果,发酵滤液稀释10倍后对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑制率达78.6%。
A total of 120 strains of actinomycetes of were obtained by separating 22 soil sampels from Shergyla Mountain in Tibet. Four fungus such as Pyricularia oryzae Sacc, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusariurn axysporum f. sp. vasinfecturn,Al ternaria alternata were picked as indicator in this test. 7 strains showed inhibitions rings over 15 mm in diameter. The inhihition activity of fermentation broth was measured by the growth velocity method. The results showed that both strains 2152 and its fermentation broth had strong inhibition effects on these 4 fungus. 10% of the fermentation broth had inhibition effect reached 78.6%.
