摘要 目的研究细胞周期素E(Cyclin E)和Ki67在大肠癌中的表达及临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化PowerVision两步法检测137例大肠癌及其邻近正常黏膜组织中Cyclin E和Ki67的表达情况,并分析它们与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果大肠癌组织中Cyclin E及Ki67表达水平显著高于邻近正常黏膜组织,并与原发肿瘤浸润深度、区域淋巴结转移及TNM分期呈显著正相关。Cyclin E和Ki67表达水平呈显著正相关。结论Cyclin E是大肠癌的发生及侵袭转移的正性因子,联合检测Cyclin E和Ki67有助于判断大肠癌的恶性程度及生物学行为,并判断预后,为大肠癌的个体化治疗提供依据。 Objective It is to study the expressions of Cyclin E and Ki67 in carcinoma of large intestine and its clinicopathological meaning. Methods The expressions of Cyclin E and Ki67 in cancer tissue and the adjacent normal mucosal tissue of 137 cases of carcinoma of large intestine were detected with immunohistochemistry PowerVision method. The relationship of their expressions with clinicopathological feature of carcinoma of large intestine was analyzed. Results The expression levels of Cyclin E and Ki67 in cancer tissue of carcinoma of large intestine were significantly higher than that in adjacent normal mucosal tissue, and they had positive correlation with primary tumor imbibition depth, regional lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. The expression level of Cyclin E had positive correlation with that of Ki67. Conclusion Cyclin E is the positive factor of occurrence, invasion and metastasis of carcinoma of large intestine. Cyelin E and Ki67 united detection makes for judging the malignant degree and biological behavior of carcinoma of large intestine, judging the prognosis, and allowing foundation for individuation treatment of carcinoma of large intestine.
