摘要
从大鼠/小鼠四诊和辨证方法的提出与创建,大鼠/小鼠计量化辨证方法的建立,荷瘤小鼠证候发生和演变的揭示,大鼠/小鼠异病同证、同病异证的研究,荷瘤小鼠个体化辨证论治及计量化疗效评价,以及不同证候荷瘤小鼠神经—内分泌—免疫网络基因转录与剪接的特征等方面,总结项目组长期以来所提出的系列假说及开展的大量研发工作,对所解决的学术问题,以及该领域存在问题、前沿和发展趋势做了评述。
This paper summarized a series of hypothesis and the corresponding research work made by the study group, including putting forward and establishing methods for four examinations and syndromes differentiation in rats and mice, revealing the occurrence and development of syndrome in tumor-bearing mice, establishing the quantified syndromes differentiation method in rat and mice, studying on the same syndrome in different diseases and different syndrome in the same disease in rat and mice, making individual syndromes differentiation and treatment and quanti-fied evaluation of efficacy in tumor-bearlng mice and analyzing the characteristic of gene transcription and alternative splicing of the nerve-endocrine-immunity network in tumor-bearing mice with different syndromes. On this basis, the author highlighted such issues as the exiting academic problems, front field and the developmental trend.
